Mountain and Winter Landscapes

It was my love for the mountain and winter landscapes that drew me to photography. Backpacking and harsh weather conditions are part of capturing images here, but I love the adventure of it. My passion for these high and cold worlds is clearly evident in the fact that this is by far my largest and deepest photo gallery. The majority of these images were captured in remote sections of the backcountry, my prefered residence while I am exploring these environments. It is the mountain and winter landscapes that will continue to fuel my desire to photograph for the remainder of my life. I want to share these places with you.
