Jurassic Park

Boundary Ranges, Alaska

A bush pilot once told me this was his favorite place in all of the Alaska coast, and there's a guy who's opinion I trust!  I was out scouting locations in a helicopter with my 6 year-old son one year when I first laid eyes on it. Since then I have retuned every year.  Thousand foot falls, mile-wide glaciers, more wildflowers than I've ever seen, sunset light and ice caves.  It's the Alaska magic, and this valley probably doesn't even see one other visitor per year on average!
