I actually made this image during a 3-week solo trek here in 2011, but I only processed it recently, 're-imagining' it this past summer, when I was dreaming about this place. I loved the compressed perspective, bringing the mountains close, and the incredible contrast between the snow and ice and the warmth of summer. Photo © copyright by Marc Adamus.
