Cool the Flames (2014)

Backpacking 25 miles with a small raft and waiting 3 days by a wind-ravaged lakeshore eventually delivered me into the amazing experience of being able to float around the abnormally large and numerous icebergs here in the winter of 2014. Paddling up to a large one which had just flipped over in the water I caught this scene amidst a beautiful sunrise, which was reflected on the glassy surface of the clear ice.
